NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
Office Supplies

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement to establish one or more cooperative Master Agreements with qualified Proposers to provide office supplies for members of the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Program pursuant to Participating Addenda entered into by Participating Entities.

The State of New Jersey anticipates joining the NASPO ValuePoint contract led by the Oregon in the June 2022 timeframe. The State of New Jersey expects to award contracts to vendors awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead State that also meet New Jersey compliance requirements and execute a New Jersey Participating Addendum.

The Bid Solicitation has been issued by the Lead State and is currently posted on its website. For information regarding this Bid Solicitation, please refer to the state's lead information website NASPO ValuePoint .

The initial term of the Master Agreement(s) will be approximately 2 years with options to renew up to a cumulative maximum of 5 years.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative procurement agreements whenever it is the most cost-effective method of procurement.

The comment period ends with the close of business on June 27, 2022. To ensure that your comment is received, it must be submitted to the Division of Purchase and Property’s Hearing Unit at dpp.protest@treas.nj.gov.
