Detailed List of Appropriation Items Frozen in Reserve

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and the negative impact it is expected to have on New Jersey’s economy and financial condition, on March 20, 2020, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget placed a total of $920 million in items of appropriation into reserve in order to ensure sufficient cash and budget authority to meet emergency and statutorily required obligations.
