Notice Of Intent To Participate In Cooperative Contract – Naspo Valuepoint Data Communications Products & Services

NOTICE OF INTENT TO PARTICIPATE IN COOPERATIVE CONTRACT – Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey is investigating the possibility of entering into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement to reprocure the existing State contract for M7000 NASPO ValuePoint Data Communications Products & Services.

Information regarding the contract may be found on the NASPO ValuePoint website at:  https://www.naspovaluepoint.org/solicitation-information/.  The NASPO ValuePoint contract SK18001 has a term of five (5) years with two extension options of up to one (1) year each.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements. Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.

Note that the comment period ends with the close of business on 08/10/2018.
