Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract –Breast Pumps and Accessories - NASPO ValuePoint (M7006).

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey is investigating the possibility of entering into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Breast Pumps and Accessories - NASPO ValuePoint with the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Organization.

The State of Oregon is the lead state for this procurement.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) opened on July 2, 2018.

The reference number for this solicitation is DASPS-2203-18.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
