ICYMI: First Lady Tammy Murphy to Host 20th Family Festival in Elizabeth

ELIZABETH – First Lady Tammy Murphy will host a Family Festival at the Dunn Sports Center in Elizabeth on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The gathering will mark the 20th family festival hosted by the First Lady since 2018, when the inaugural family festival took place in Paterson. The Elizabeth Family Festival will serve as a one-stop-shop for state, county, and local care, support, and resources including services for expectant and new moms, health care, housing support, food assistance, child care, and more.
The Elizabeth Family Festival will be sponsored by Nurture NJ, the First Lady's maternal and infant health initiative, in partnership with Congressman Rob Menendez, Senator Joe Cryan, Assemblywoman Annette Quijano, Assemblyman Reginald W. Atkins, Union County, Elizabeth Mayor J. Christian Bollwage, United Way of Greater Union County, The Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern New Jersey, Elizabeth Public Schools, Make the Road New Jersey, Trinitas Regional Medical Center, The Burke Foundation, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.
