Food Testing Program

Chemical Terrorism, Biomonitoring, Medical Marijuana, and Food Testing Laboratory

This laboratory program includes Chemical Terrorism, Biomonitoring and Adulterated Food testing. These programs use a variety of analytical techniques including GC/MS, LC-MS/MS, LC/MSD Trap, and spectrophotometric methods for the analysis of clinical specimens, as well as adulterated food samples. Solid-phase extraction (SPE), solid-phase micro-extraction(SPME), and headspace sampling, are preparation techniques that are performed in this laboratory.
