El personal de Oficina de Relaciones y Servicio al Público (The Office of Citizens Services and Relations) es responsable de actuar como portavoz de la Oficina del Fiscal General respecto a las averiguaciones o preguntas que efectúan los ciudadanos o ciudadanas de todo el Estado.

 
  La Oficina de Relaciones y Servicio al Público, recibe, evalúa y responde la correspondencia escrita y las preguntas sometidas por teléfono relacionadas con las presuntas denuncias y quejas contra la policía municipal local, la policía estatal, las quejas criminales, fraude contra los seguros, fraude al consumidor, asuntos electorales y demandas legales contra el Estado de New Jersey, etc.  
  La Oficina de Relaciones y Servicio al Público ayuda también a los consumidores que están tratando de obtener una licencia o pueden estar experimentando dificultades con la renovación de una licencia de la División de Asuntos del Consumidor.
