HR Operations
HR Operations is responsible for the recruitment and hiring process and provides
direct support to all Treasury employees.
The unit manages all records and processes associated with Treasury employment
from payroll and leave requests including Sick Leave Injury
(SLI)/Worker's Compensation, to accident reporting and medical evaluations.
This unit maintains the official files and records for all employees. Operations
staff coordinates the promotion process for career employees and is also responsible
for analyzing and recommending changes to titles, positions and compensation levels
and for processing all transactions through the official state personnel system. |
