GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must be a sworn law enforcement officer with a Civil Service Police Department and possess a valid PTC Certification. Per N.J.A.C. 4A:4-7.1A(b), intergovernmental transfers shall require the consent of the applicant’s current employer.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years of experience (in good standing) as a PTC certified basic police officer.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
Driver's License
Valid PTC Certification
