National Disaster Resilience (NDR) Action Plan

The State of New Jersey’s National Disaster Resilience (NDR) Action Plan was approved by HUD in January 2016. The plan explains how New Jersey is using $15 million in federal NDR funding to create and implement regional resiliency planning programs that will assist flood-prone regions and communities in the state in better addressing their increased flooding risk.
