In accordance with the federal annual reporting requirements, the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs is providing the public with a 15-day comment period. Any comments regarding the draft PER can be presented at the public hearing scheduled for September 17, 2024, at 10 AM at the DCA building located at 101 S. Broad Street, Trenton, NJ in conference room 129, or e-mailed to Bradley Harrington, at Bradley.Harrington@dca.nj.gov by September 27, 2024.
