The NJDEP Division of Fish and Wildlife (DFW) sought and reviewed written public comment regarding the 2007 issuance and subsequent renewal of a Commercial Shooting Preserve (CSP) license to Hudson Farm, a CSP operation located in Andover, Sussex County. This was in accordance with the Appellate Division's remand in the case of Roseff et al. v. MMK Reinsurance et al., Docket No. A6209-07T-1. A Public Notice was published in the New Jersey Herald on September 29, 2010. Written comments on the issuance of the CSP license to Hudson Farm were accepted through October 27, 2010, and the case was decided August 5, 2010.
