New Pleasant Run WMA Currently Closed To Public Access

September 5, 2013

The NJDEP Division of Fish and Wildlife is informing sportsmen and women that the new Pleasant Run Wildlife Management Area (formerly the Princeton Nurseries property) is closed to all public access, including hunting, until further notice.

The Pleasant Run WMA is listed on page 88 in the 2013-14 New Jersey Hunting and Trapping Digest as public deer hunting land. However, final approval to open the property for public access has not yet been received from the New Jersey Green Acres Program. When all approvals are received, the property will then be officially opened and available for use.

Appropriate notification will be posted on the Division of Fish and Wildlife website and sent to the NJ Hunting E-mail List as soon as information is available.
