i-Can Connect NJ Program
iCanConnect/NJ to Provide Communications Technology to People with Combined Vision and Hearing Loss

ICanConnect is a national,  federally funded program (www.icanconnect.org)  that provides telecommunications equipment to  eligible Individuals with combined vision and hearing loss.  In New Jersey, this program is managed by the New Jersey Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired in partnership with The College of New Jersey and Advancing Opportunities.

The program provides a range of devices and software including braille displays, smart phones, screen readers, iPads, and computers. Individuals who meet eligibility requirements will meet with a technology specialist who will conduct an assessment to determine what equipment will best meet their telecommunications needs.
