NEWARK - Attorney General Peter C. Harvey

made knowing omissions of material fact;
and violated the State’s Home Improvement
Practices Regulations.
The
seven contractors, the business names
under which they operate and the location
of the business are as follows:
- Mark

Consumer Affairs will hold a hearing with
each named contractor and then enter an
Order to resolve each matter.
