The group is being funded by the NJ Department of Military and Veterans Affairs and is free to Veterans.

Operation Sisterhood, the only program in New Jersey for female Veterans by female Veterans designed to improve the health and well-being of our female service members through outreach to identify new Veterans, resource connection, education programming, advocacy to engage our stakeholders to improve the system of care in the New Jersey Veterans Administration (VA) and create camaraderie through facilitated peer-to-peer support.

All Veterans are welcome every Tuesday from 7am to 11am for coffee, conversation, and comradery.
American Legion Tatum-Shields Post 17, 622 Atlantic Ave., Collingswood, NJ 08108
Everything is free – coffee, bagels, and donuts. There is a table set up with all kinds of freebies including handouts about programs and agencies ready to assist Veterans.
Representatives from Veteran support groups are present on a regular basis.
