All claimants under the law creating the Board must fully cooperate with investigators, agents, and/or representative of the Board in order to be eligible for any award. The claimant shall advise the Board of any and all changes of address and residence to permit the Board to properly process the claim petition. In the event that such cooperation is refused or denied, the Board may in its discretion deny such claim.
