NOTICE TO PETITION FILERS


Petition Filing Appointments for candidates in the General Election will be available starting May 1, 2024.

Petition Filing Deadline Day is June 4, 2024 until 4:00 p.m. The filer must be in the building before that time.
The Special General Election Petition Filing Deadline for United States House of Representatives for the 10th Congressional District is July 16, 2024 until 4:00 p.m. The filer must be in the building before that time.
Petition Filing Deadline for Electors for President & Vice President of The United States is July 29, 2024 until 4:00 p.m. The filer must be in the building before that time.

Petitions are being accepted at 225 West State Street, Trenton, NJ 08608.

Walk-in petition filing is also available. Petition filers with appointments will be serviced before walk-ins filers.

We suggest filing your petition as early as possible!
