N.J.S.A. 52:34-9 and N.J.A.C. 17:19-5 require that firms interested in being considered to provide professional consulting services for the Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) be "prequalified" by the Division. Prequalification may also be required by various counties, municipalities, local school districts and other State authorities in order to be considered to provide professional consultant services.

The "Consultant Questionnaire" Form 48A is the required form to apply for prequalification in various professional disciplines including architecture, engineering, planning, construction management and various specialty design and construction disciplines.
