To All NJ State Agricultural Convention Delegates, Attendees and Guests:

As mandated by the State, ALL attendees at the NJ State Agricultural Convention and/or any meals held as part of the convention (2/9 luncheon, 2/9 dinner or 2/10 luncheon) are REQUIRED to wear masks when not actively eating or drinking and MUST provide proof of a negative Covid test, from an official testing facility, having been conducted no more than 48 hours prior to arrival at the Convention Center. We strongly recommend securing an appointment with your local testing facility prior to driving to Atlantic City as anyone testing positive will not be permitted to enter the State Ag Convention Room or the Banquet Halls. However, will be offering on-site testing if needed hosted by Rutgers University School of Nursing – Camden. They will be offering testing the on the following days and times:

Tuesday, February 8th – 2:00pm – 6pm

Wednesday, February 9th – 7:00am – 12:00pm and 4:00pm-6:00pm

Thursday, February 10th – 10am – 12:00pm

Wristbands will be issued on initial proof of a negative test or upon obtaining a negative test result onsite. We will ask to see these wristbands upon entry to the above noted rooms each time you enter.

If you obtain test results prior to traveling to Atlantic City, please proceed to the Convention Center registration desk, show your negative result and we will provide you a wristband. If you need onsite testing, please proceed to the RU Camden testing tables outside of Convention Center room Wildwood 11. They will provide the rapid test and when results are returned, you will be issued a wristband with a negative result. Anyone testing positive will not be permitted entry.

IF you have tested positive for Covid within 90 days of the Convention and have completed the CDC recommended quarantine period and are asymptomatic, you may show proof of a positive Covid test or a doctor’s note attesting to having had Covid within the prior 90 days. With this information, we will issue you a wristband at the Convention Center Registration desk.

Of course, if you are showing any symptoms of Covid regardless of test status, we encourage you to stay home.

We are looking forward to your participation and want you to be assured that we are following all the protocols to help ensure a safe and welcoming  environment in  person. See you at the convention !
