The State Agriculture Development Committee's Farmland Preservation Program periodically resells at public auction farms it has purchased and permanently preserved. See below for information on upcoming auctions. For more information about SADC auctions, please contact the Farmland Preservation Program at (609) 984-2504. Counties and municipalities also periodically purchase, preserve, and resell farms at public auction.
