Insurance Fraud Advisory Board

Acting Commissioner Susan Ochs is pleased to announce that the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance is accepting letters of interest for membership on the Insurance Fraud Advisory Board. The purpose of the board is for industry representatives in the property and casualty, health, and life areas to provide input on insurance fraud trends in the state to department designees.

The board will be comprised of eight representatives from the insurance industry and will meet throughout the year, both in-person and virtually, to discuss emerging matters. The term of selected members, as established under N.J.S.A. 17:33A-8(e), is two years. Members of the board will not be compensated.
