File a Complaint

The Public Health and Food Protection Program protects public health by helping to ensure the safety and security of New Jersey wholesale food supply, summer youth camps, tanning facilities, and public recreational bathing facilities. If you have a problem or concern about any Program-regulated facility or business, please send us an email using the template below.
