Personnel Standards for NJEIS Practitioners

The Department of Health has established personnel standards in accordance with Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and the NJEIS rules. Everyone who wants to provide services to eligible children and their families in the early intervention system must meet the appropriate professional and paraprofessional requirements.
