The Governor’s Disaster Recovery Office (“GDRO”) has setup this Information Hub to provide support to counties and municipalities awarded COVID-19 disaster recovery funding through American Rescue Plan’s Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (“LFRF”). In addition to the informational resources listed, counties and municipalities may direct questions concerning LFRF grants to GOVGDRO@nj.gov or may request to have a State-procured consultant provide advice and assistance during or after the creation of recovery programs. The consultant may provide assistance to include a review of internal controls, potential budget impacts, eligible uses , among other potential areas.
GDRO hopes that this Information Hub is useful to counties and municipalities and looks forward to hearing from and supporting those who may have questions related to their LFRF award.
