Disaster Recovery and Mitigation Payment Portal

The Disaster Recovery and Mitigation Payment Portal (SIROMS) allows you to initiate payments towards your remaining repayment balance.

SIROMS payment portal access is limited to applicants in the RREM, LMI Homeowner Rebuilding, and Homeowner Resettlement programs.

What You Can Do in the Portal:
  • Access Payment Information – View your current balance and upcoming due dates
  • Make Payments – Submit a one-time payment or establish a monthly payment plan via electronic or credit/debit card
  • Email Records – Receive monthly reminders for upcoming payments
