PUBLIC NOTICE

The State has developed its Draft Federal Fiscal Year 2024 Annual Action Plan based on its annual allocations for CDBG, ESG, HOME, HOPWA, HTF and Recovery Housing.

The 30-day public comment period on the draft plan commences on July 11, 2024 and ends on August 12, 2024.

Any comments regarding the Draft Annual Action Plan located at (FY2024 Action Plan)

can be presented at a HYBRID hearing scheduled for Tuesday July 30, 2024 at 10M or can be e-mailed to Sheri.Malnak@dca.nj.gov until August 12, 2024.

Hearing information:

An in-person hearing is scheduled for July 30, 2024 at 10 AM at the NJ Department of Community Affairs’ building located at 101 S. Broad Street, Trenton, NJ in conference room 129.
