FY2024 RFP Weatherization Program

PUBLIC NOTICE
The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is pleased to announce a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Weatherization Assistance Program Training and Technical Assistance, funded through the U.S. Department of Energy under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. This program aims to provide energy efficiency retrofits to low-income households, reducing their utility costs. We seek qualified organizations with expertise in energy conservation, building sciences, and energy efficiency retrofits to deliver comprehensive training to our statewide network of Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) agencies. The grant term is three years with an annual funding of $400,000. Proposals must be submitted via SAGE by August 16, 2024, and a mandatory Technical Assistance Session will be held on August 8, 2024.
