Home ARP Allocation Plan Substantial Amendment

The following serves as a Substantial Amendment to the State’s HOME ARP Allocation Plan.  The proposed amendment will create a preference for veterans for the HOME ARP Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program. This amendment was posted on the NJDCA website on September 20, 2024 for a 30 day comment period. Comments can be emailed to Sheri Malnak at sheri.malnak@dca.nj.gov  by October 21, 2024.
