Notice of Public Hearing- Pro Housing Layout DRAFT

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (NJDCA) shall hold a public hearing regarding the Department’s application to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development for the FY24 Pathways to Removing Obstacles (PRO Housing) Notice of Funding Opportunity. 

 

The 15-day public comment period on the application commences on Friday, September 27, 2024 and ends on Saturday, October 12, 2024.  Comments on the application must be submitted by 3:00 PM on Saturday, October 12, 2024. 

 

All comments regarding the DRAFT FY24 PRO Housing application can be provided at the HYBRID public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 11:00 AM.  Alternatively, comments can be sent via email to Lorissa Luciani, PP, AICP, Housing Production Administrator at Lorissa.Luciani@dca.nj.gov or sent via regular mail NJDCA, 101 S. Broad Street, PO Box 206, Trenton, NJ 08625-0806.   

 

The DRAFT FY24 PRO Housing Application can be found online at the following link:  New Jersey Department of Community Affairs - Home Page (nj.gov).  The DRAFT FY24 PRO Housing Application will be available on NJDCA’s website effective Friday, September 27th, 2024. 

 

PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION

 

IN-PERSON:  The HYBRID public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 11:00 AM and will be held at the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs located at 101 S. Broad Street in Trenton, New Jersey 08625 in Conference Room 129 (1st Floor).
