Request for Expressions of Interest for Nonprofit General Contractor Services

This Request for Expressions of Interest (“REOI”) is issued by the Department of Community Affairs (“DCA”), Division of Disaster Recovery and Mitigation (“DRM”). The purpose of this REOI is to seek expressions of interest from nonprofit organizations that would consider becoming a pre-qualified contractor for the Homeowner Assistance and Recovery Program (“HARP”) that is assisting homeowners impacted by Hurricane Ida. DCA desires to receive expressions of interest only from qualified nonprofit contractors who possess controls that will ensure the quality construction standards required by Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) federal funding.
