Appellate Division Rules in OPD's Favor in First Criminal Justice Reform Case
In a ruling today the Appellate Division defined the State’s discovery obligation in detention cases. In doing so, the Court adopted the OPD's position by upholding a trial judge’s Order requiring the State to produce discovery at the First Appearance.
