Office of Administration

There are three sections in this office:  Facilities and Emergency Management, Printing and Graphics, and Distribution Services.  The Facilities and Emergency Management section is responsible for coordinating security; responding to all building emergencies in conjunction with the State Police; office space, renovations and physical moves of all department facilities; telecommunications services; and maintaining the department's fleet of state vehicles.  The Printing and Graphics section is responsible for providing printing consultations, cost-efficient products, graphics advice, and high-quality printed products which are produced internally or by a commercial vendor under the guidance of the office.  The Distribution Services section is responsible for providing the Department with high-quality office products, publications, mail delivery and processing services, transportation requests, records retention and the fixed assets program.
