Additional Order Window for Paper-based and Computer-based Paper Materials 

All paper assessment materials (i.e., large print test booklets, mathematics human reader scripts, etc.) must be ordered through the additional order process.

Prepare and Start Sessions  LEAs and APSSDs  Starting July 16, 2025 
Computer-Based Testing/Paper-Based Testing Window  New Jersey Department of Education/ LEAs and APSSDs

Makeup: July 28, 2025 to July 31, 2025 
Deadline to Transcribe Paper Tests to TestNav  LEAs and APSSDs  July 31, 2025 
Deadline to Return Secure Paper-Based and Computer-Based Testing Materials to Assessment Vendor  LEAs and APSSDs  No later than August 7, 2025 

Deadline to: 

  • Mark Tests Complete. 
  • Confirm Responsible/Accountable Organizations. 
  • Update Not Tested Code/Reason. 
  • Apply Void Test Code/Reason. 
  • Resolve Duplicate Valid Attempts. 
  • Update Demographic Information.  
  • Complete Additional Clean-up Activities.
