Commissioner's Program and Guidance for Determining Grades under the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act

The Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act requires the Commissioner of Education to grade each public school and school district’s efforts to implement the state law (N.J.S.A. 18A:17-46).

To access the School Self-Assessment for Determining Grades under the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act, visit the HIB Grades application within the NJDOE Homeroom.

Below are resources to support school districts to complete these requirements. Should you have any questions, please email HIBGrades@doe.nj.gov.
