Garden State Preservation Trust

Untitled Document

The parks do not belong to one town or to one county. High Point, Island Beach, Monmouth Battlefield, Liberty State Park are properties in which every citizen has a vested interest. A visit inspires love of New Jersey, begets contentment, engenders pride of possession, contains the antidote for restlessness (and pandemic fatigue). They are better citizens with a keener appreciation of the privilege of living who have toured the parks.
