What you need to know
- Everyone 6 months and older can get an updated COVID-19 vaccine.
- If you have not received a COVID-19 vaccine in the past 2 months, get an updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect yourself this fall and winter.
- COVID-19 vaccine recommendations will be updated as needed.
Find a vaccine
Go to vaccines.gov to find a COVID-19 vaccine near you.
You may be eligible for vaccines at no-cost
Some locations offer vaccines at no-cost if you are uninsured or meet the criteria below.
Two types of locations include:
1. 317/Bridge Access Program: For individuals 19 years of age and older who
- Do not have any health insurance.
- Are underinsured, which means that their insurance does not cover the cost of the COVID-19 vaccine.
2. Vaccines for Children (VFC): For individuals under 19 years of age who
- Are American Indian or Alaskan Native (AI/AN), or
- Are Medicaid-eligible (NJ FamilyCare Plan A only), or
- Do not have any health insurance, or
- Are underinsured, which means that their insurance does not cover ACIP-recommended vaccines.
