Consumer and Recovery Advocates are employed by DMHAS to assist consumers to navigate the behavioral health system and achieve and maintain successful wellness and recovery. Our Consumer and Recovery Advocates help integrate the voice of the consumer into DMHAS operations through various consumer committees, including the Citizen's Advisory Council and the Statewide Consumer Advisory Committee.
