NJ WorkAbility  is a program that has the potential to help individuals with disabilities attain their goals and enjoy their successes by allowing full Medicaid benefits at a higher income level than ever before.

NJ DB101 information services are state-focused, web based benefits calculator designed to improve access to work and benefits.

The U.S. Social Security Administration has programs that provide cash and medical benefits for some people with severe long-term disabilities who cannot do substantial work activity.  The Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program provides a small cash benefit and Medicare health insurance for those who have worked long enough and paid Social Security taxes, as well as some of their dependents.
