The 16 foot trailer has a drop down rear door and side door entrance. It is equipped with a 2.5 KW generator for auxiliary power, folding chairs, two (2) self-inflatable tents, wipe and cord boards, drop down counter, and many more amenities.

Its purpose is to transport equipment to the scene of a disaster, as well as provide the capabilities of a command post setting for responding critical incident stress management teams. A test of the trailer and all contained equipment were demonstrated during the 2005 TopOff3 exercise.
