The following table indicates the approximate schedule for conservation treatment of each collection, and the status as of May 2006:


THEME 1:  AMERICAN MILITARY ACTIVITY

  Correspondence of Deputy Quartermaster General Moore Furman, 1778-1783 129 14 July 2005 Bound letter book treated, microfilmed and returned to conservator for rebinding. Loose material treated, returned and available for use pending review by Archives staff. The loose material will be scheduled for filming and imaging in the near-future.

     Council of Safety Records, 1776-1783 364 14 July 2005 Bound minutes were treated, microfilmed and returned to the conservator for rebinding; microfilm is available in the Archives' Search Room. Loose material returned and available for use pending review by Archives staff. Plans are underway to make this entire series available on our website.
  Oaths of Allegiance and Abjuration, 1776-1783 40 15 March 2006 Available for use pending review by Archives staff. This material will be filmed and scanned in the near-future.
  Performance Bonds, 1776-1783 (10 leaves) 10 23 June 2006 Treatment underway at Conservation Center.
5. Loyalist Manuscripts, 1776-1785      
    Loyalist Manuscripts, 1776-1785 199 14 July 2005 Bound order book treated, microfilmed and returned to the conservator for re-binding; microfilm is available in the Archives' Search Room. Loose items sent to Conservation Center 28 February 2007.
    Loyalist Inquisitions, 1778-1779 32 28 February 2007 Treatment underway at Conservation Center.
 6. Records of Forfeiture and Confiscation of Loyalist Estates, 1777-1785 1,401 15 March 2006 A small portion of this
collection has been treated and returned to the collection. The remainder was sent to the Conservation Center 28 February 2007. All of this material will be filmed and imaged when the second set of records is returned.
