School Register

The general requirements for submission of the school register summary data are contained on the first page of the School Register Summary Technical Manual. The 2011-12 School Register Summary (SRS) program will be transmitted exclusively through the web-enabled DOENET. The due date for submission to the department this year will be July 12th (or five days after the last day of school, whichever is later). The SRS application is now available and can be downloaded at the following website: http://www.state.nj.us/njded/data/collections/wdoenet/.

The 2011-2012 New Jersey School Register Summary will collect the student enrollment and attendance data by grade or SELF CONTAINED SPECIAL ED PROGRAM as well as four NCLB subgroups.
