Lane Usage

(a)	Lane usage for the certain parts of State Highway Route US 1 described in this subsection is hereby regulated as follows:
1.	In Middlesex County:
	i. In the Township of South Brunswick:
(1)	For Northbound Traffic (easterly side), between Independence Way and Raymond Road (approximate mileposts 14.12 and 15.85):
	(A) Passenger vehicles only, Monday through Friday, except for ingress and egress of vehicles to and from the various establishments, are permitted to use the shoulder between 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
(2)	For Southbound Traffic (westerly side), between Promenade Boulevard and Independence Way (approximate mileposts 16.47 and 14.12):
	(A) Passenger vehicles only, Monday through Friday, except for the ingress and egress of vehicles to and from the various establishments, are permitted to use the shoulder between 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
