(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 171 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:
1. In Middlesex County:
i. In the Township of North Brunswick:
(1) No Passing Zones:
(A) For the entire length of Route NJ 171 within the corporate limits of North Brunswick Township (approximate mileposts 0.40 to 1.34).
