(B) Between a point 50 feet east of the easterly curb line of Route NJ 45 (Market-New Market Street) and a point 50 feet west of the westerly curb line of Walnut Street.
(C) Between a point 50 feet east of the easterly curb line of Walnut Street and the westerly curb line of Ninth Street.
(3) No stopping or standing along the westbound (northerly) side from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday:
(A) Between the westerly curb line of Ninth Street and a point 110 feet east of the easterly curb line of Route NJ 45 (Market-New Market Street).
(B) Between a point 50 feet west of the westerly curb line of Route NJ 45 (Market-New Market Street) and the prolongation of the easterly curb line of Oak Street.
2. In Cumberland County:
i. In the City of Bridgeton:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM:
(A) Between Pearl Street and Atlantic Street.
(2) No stopping or standing along the eastbound (southerly) side from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday:
(A) From the intersection of West Avenue to the intersection of Lawrence Street.
(e) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 49 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “handicapped parking” spaces for the use of persons who have been issued special vehicle identification cards, plates, or placards by the Motor Vehicle Commission in accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-197.5:
1. In Salem County:
i. In the Township of Pennsville:
(1) Handicapped parking along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Beginning at a point 200 feet west of the westerly curb line of Cordrey Avenue and a point 110 feet westerly therefrom.
ii. In the City of Salem:
(1) Handicapped parking along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Beginning at a point 435 feet east of the easterly curb line of the Route NJ 49-Tilbury Road-Park Drive intersection to a point 22 feet easterly therefrom.
(B) Beginning at a point 660 feet east of the easterly curb line of the Route NJ 49-Tilbury Road-Park Drive intersection to a point 22 feet easterly therefrom.
(C) Beginning at a point 70 feet west of the westerly curb line of Elm Street and extending 20 feet westerly therefrom.
(D) Beginning at a point 170 feet east of the prolongation of the easterly curb line of Route NJ 45 (Market Street) and extending to a point 23 feet easterly therefrom. (In front of 197 East Broadway, pursuant to NJSA 39: 4 – 197.6).
(2) Handicapped parking along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Beginning at a point 215 feet west of the westerly curb line of Johnson Street and extending to a point 25 feet westerly therefrom. (In front of 294 East Broadway, pursuant to NJSA 39:4 – 197.6).
(B) Beginning at a point 240 feet west of the westerly curb line of Johnson Street and extending to a point 23 feet westerly therefrom. (In front of 292 East Broadway, pursuant to NJSA 39:4 – 197.6).
(C) Beginning at a point 80 feet west of the westerly curb line of Johnson Street and extending to a point 25 feet westerly therefrom. (In front of 302 East Broadway, pursuant to NJSA 39:4 – 197.6).
(D) Beginning at a point 165 feet east of the easterly curb line of Seventh Street and extending to a point 22 feet easterly therefrom. (In front of 266 East Broadway, pursuant to NJSA 39:4 – 197.6).
2. In Cumberland County:
i. In the City of Bridgeton:
(1) Handicapped parking along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Beginning at a point 235 feet east of the easterly curb line of Lawrence Street and extending to a point 22 feet easterly therefrom. (In front of 187 West Broad Street, pursuant to NJSA 39:4-197.6).
ii. In the City of Millville:
(1) Handicapped parking along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Beginning at a point 118 feet east of the easterly curb line of 5th Street and extending to a point 22 feet easterly therefrom.
(2) Handicapped parking along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Beginning 35 feet from the easterly curb line of North 6th Street to a point 57 feet easterly therefrom.
(f) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 49 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “time limit parking” zones where parking is permitted as described:
1. In Cumberland County:
i. In the City of Bridgeton:
(1) Fifteen (15) minute time limit parking along the westbound (northerly) side at all times, Sunday through Saturday, including holidays:
(A) Beginning at a point 50 feet west of the westerly curb line of Atlantic Street and extending 44 feet westerly therefrom.
(g) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 49 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “loading zones”, where parking is prohibited as described:
1. In Salem County:
i. In the Township of Pennsville:
(1) Loading zones along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Beginning at a point 35 feet west of the westerly curb line of Cordrey Avenue and a point 200 feet westerly therefrom.
