Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 56
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 56 described in this subsection are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq., and NJAC 1:30. In accordance with the NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected to notify the motoring public.
1. In Cumberland County:
Note: State Highway Route NJ 56 is under municipal (City of Vineland) jurisdiction from approximate mileposts 7.69 to 9.19 (end of route).
i.  In the Township of Upper Deerfield:
(1) No stopping or standing along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Between County Route 611 (Centerton Road) and Route NJ 77.
ii.  In the Township of Deerfield:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iii.  In the City of Vineland:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
2. In Salem County:
i.  In the Township of Pittsgrove:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
