Speed Limits for State Roads

(a)		The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 66 described in this section are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
1.	In Monmouth County:
	i. In the Borough of Tinton Falls:
(1)	For both directions of traffic:
	(A) Zone 1: 50 MPH between the westernmost intersection with Route NJ 33 and the Tinton Falls Borough-Neptune Township corporate line (approximate mileposts 0.00 to 0.66); thence
	ii. In the Township of Neptune:
(1)	For both directions of traffic:
	(A) Zone 1: 50 MPH between the Tinton Falls Borough-Neptune Township corporate line and the Neptune Township-Ocean Township corporate line (Park Road) (approximate mileposts 0.66 to 2.51); thence
(2)	For the eastbound direction of traffic:
	(A) Zone 1: 50 MPH between the Neptune Township-Ocean Township corporate line (Park Road) and the easternmost intersection of Route NJ 35 (approximate mileposts 2.51 to 3.62); thence
	iii. In the Township of Ocean:
(1)	For the westbound direction of traffic:
	(A) Zone 1: 50 MPH between the Neptune Township-Ocean Township corporate line (Park Road) and the easternmost intersection of Route NJ 35 (approximate mileposts 2.51 to 3.62)
