Speed Limits for State Roads

(a)		The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of State Highway Route I-76, described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
1.	In Camden County:
	NOTE: State Highway Route I-76 is under Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) jurisdiction approximate mileposts 1.95 to 2.93.
	i. In the Borough of Bellmawr:
(1)	For both directions of traffic:
	(A) Zone 1: 55 MPH between County Route 659 and the Bellmawr Borough-Mt. Ephraim Borough corporate line (approximate mileposts 0.00 to 0.27); thence
	ii. In the Borough of Mount Ephraim:
(1)	For both directions of traffic:
	(A) Zone 1: 55 MPH between the Bellmawr Borough-Mount Ephraim Borough corporate line and the Mount Ephraim Borough-Gloucester City corporate line (approximate mileposts 0.27 to 0.43); thence
	iii. In the City of Gloucester:
(1)	For both directions of traffic:
	(A) Zone 1: 55 MPH between the Mount Ephraim Borough-Gloucester City corporate line and the Gloucester City-City of Camden corporate line (approximate mileposts 0.43 to 1.89); thence
	iv. In the City of Camden:
(1)	For both directions of traffic:
	(A) Zone 1: 55 MPH between the Gloucester City-City of Camden corporate line and the New Jersey Department of Transportation-Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) jurisdictional line (approximate mileposts 1.89 to 1.95).
	NOTE: State Highway Route I-76 is under DRPA jurisdiction approximate mileposts 1.95 to 2.93 (end of route).
