OSC audits and investigations contain recommendations on how an entity can address the deficiencies that OSC uncovered. A corrective action plan, or CAP, is exactly what the name implies – it is the entity's plan to correct what our audit or investigation determined was in need of improvement.

To increase transparency and accountability, OSC began publishing CAPs in June 2024.
