Marketplace Plans

If you are already enrolled in a marketplace health insurance plan and have questions about using your coverage, you can find answers to basic questions at Get Covered NJ’s FAQ page.

For specific questions about your health insurance plan and benefits, you will need to contact your insurance company directly.

 

NJ FamilyCare (Medicaid)

If you have questions about your NJ FamilyCare (Medicaid) benefits, call your County Medical Assistance Customer Centers (MACC):

Medicare

The State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) provides free help to New Jersey Medicare beneficiaries who have problems with, or questions about their health insurance. Trained counselors can help you answer questions about your benefits, claims, and supplement policies (Medigaps).
